I agree with others on here I have researched this issue with my 2013 3.5 for a couple months so frustrated with this truck it's hard to even look at it. I'm on my third motor and had to do full timing set $5200 for that and a couple injectors a year and a half after putting the third motor in. This is the best video for diagnosing this under boost p0299 condition. Thank you.

Hi, I have an issue with my boat, which is exactly the same model as the one you're showing-MASTERCRAFT X10. When I go out for a sail, the gauges work normally. However, when I restart the boat after turning it off in the water, the boat starts up, but the gauge panel doesn’t turn on. I usually have to try starting it a few times until the gauges start working again. What can I do?

Thanks for posting. I'm also wanting a simple, affordable grid tie system. I'll have 8x400w panels for 3.2kw. Outstanding question is Rapid Shutdown Devices (required in my location) and once those are factored in, is it still more simple and affordable than micro inverters? thanks for the input.

I have a 2019 with the 3.5. It was throwing the p0021 code. I was going to take it to ford to have them look at it after being quoted 7-900! Dollars to replace the VVT solenoid. I hooked up two wires to the battery in the truck, put them to the “bad solenoid”, tapped the one connected to the power a few times until I heard it start to click, I put the connector back on and tried the one to the exhaust and heard it clicking the first bump, so I think it as stuck and this jumped it. Engine light is off, no more rough idling, we’ll see but I think this did the trick!! Thank you so much you saved me some money bro. 🤞🏼

We have a 2018 Platinum (w/36,437ml), bought in 2019 (now w/116,432 mls) and I love my truck! Our issues: 1) power lifegate - died 2) the sun roof is detached in one 3 inch spot. 3) our hood looks speckled too, not nearly as bad as yours - but to be honest, I never consider that the paint job itself was just cheaply done! I'm very gentle on my vehicle so it's just like little chips where the Rocks hit it on the highway (I may be behind an 18-wheeler, even at the safest distance, or any vehicle for that matter)! They did give us a small bottle of touch up paint, so I said I would drop stick pin sized paint droplets into the spaces where the paint is knocked off. Fixes - Change fuse & add adhesive.

When did you start noticing the paint chipping ? It will be 9 years old now . I touched up a paint chip on my hood caused by a rock being launched from a dump truck . It sounded much worse than what I found . I love my 2022 SL AWD , Magnetic Black Pearl . Much better ride than the Rogue , Pathfinder and Armada . She is a keeper

This is the most basic grid tied installation you will ever see. Just replaced two SMA-2500U's with a single Growatt after my SMA failed for a 4th time I was done. Been using SMA for over 21 years. At 65 pounds each are very heavy to deal with compared to the 33 pound Growatt. Using a MIN 5000TL-XH-US, it was so easy to install. SMA's have a 7 year warranty and I had to pay for 3 separate repairs over the years, what a pain to remove - pay to ship and repair and replace etc. I'm done with SMA. Growatt makes grid tie easy and cheap, and if it craps out - easy to replace.
